Begin your journey early towards Sarchu, a high-altitude camping destination nestled on the Manali-Leh highway.

Cross the iconic Rohtang Pass (13,050 ft) and continue through Keylong, Jispa, and Darcha.

Climb further up and cross Baralacha La (16,020 ft) to reach Sarchu by late afternoon.

Descend into the upper Indus Valley and arrive in Leh by evening.

Check-in at a camp near Spangmik or return to Tangtse for the night.

Continue your journey and explore the scenic Thiksey Monastery, known for its resemblance to the Potala Palace in Lhasa.
